Community:
1) We require all of our members to be mature and helpful to each other.
2) We require our members to participate in our forums, vent, and guild chat.
3) We require our members to be able to communicate in english. You do NOT have to be USA or CAN based.

Raiding requirements:
1) Know the fights. Read up on them, watch video's, and know how they should go.
2) Come spec'ed for raiding. Coming as PvP spec means you aren't committed to the team
3) Come enchanted for raiding. you don't have to have best in slot enchant, but one back is affordable and is a huge boost. We use http://be.imba.hu to check this
4) Come with the required addons! (ORA, OMEN, DeadlyBossMods, Pally Power, and a few more)
5) Come with the required consumables! (Flask or two elixir, buuf food, bandages, reagents)
6) Know the loot you want BEFORE you start the instance!
7) Come on time so we aren't starting 30 minutes late. If you know you are not going to be late, let one of the raid leaders know ahead of time. Please do not assume we just know.
8) Come prepared to be here the entire time
9) COME REPAIRED
10) Be in the closest horde town just prior to the start time. Raid invites go out 15 minutes prior to start time.
11) Know your toon, your rotations, and work on improving your tanking, dps, or healing each and every time you raid. Don't assume that gear fixes everything.
12) Be aware of what's going on around you in an instance. Situational awareness is key
